The RAFT Dementia Support Program Celebrates 1 Year! Join the RAFT Dementia Support Program in celebrating our one-year anniversary! Launched in January 2023, the RAFT Dementia Support Program serves older adults living with dementia and their caregivers in Northern Virginia. In this interactive virtual event, we will discuss program services, highlights from the past year, answer questions, and discuss future collaborations.
